I think this photo was good to put here because the deers are in the background and there is nothing bad in this photo.
I like this photo to put here because you can see that the trees look like if they didn't have that much leaves but they actually do.

Lytro warm-up & Ethics in Fashion photography

Lytro Warm-up-
1. What did you see happen when you clicked on the photo?
you can see like if it moves.
2. How does this new camera work?
it takes a picture but then you can move it around.
3. What do you think a photographer would have to know about to take this kind of photo (remember its a point-and-shoot, so its full manual mode, what do you need to know about)they would have to know how to take photos.
4. Is it worth the money?yes i think it is worth the money because the photos that i saw right know came out really good.
FASHION-
1. List the changes that were made to the model's face in the computer. (Look carefully)
They changed the neck and made the eyes bigger.
2. Is it ethically acceptable to change a person's appearance like this in a photo? Why or why not?
I think that is not good because they should see what she really looks like.
3. Are there circumstances in which it would be more ethically wrong to do this type of manipulation?
4. What types of changes are OK, and what aren't?
the parts that they are putting her make up is the good thing but making her neck smaller and fixing the rest of her face is not OK.

Self Portrait and Portraits Part II AND Rules of Photography Part II

Self Portrait and Portraits Part II-
1.)The most common mistake made by photographers is that they are not physically close enough to their subjects.
2.) If you’re taking photos in a studio, use a mannequin for light testing: Much easier than guesstimating!
3.)Shooting a self-portrait is a challenging task, but can be very rewarding.
 Environmental portrait-
i really like this self portrait because  it looks cool because the sun on the back made it look like a ghost.

I like the environmental portrait because of the
balance created by the birds in the background.
it also has a really cool background with the mountains.

 photography self portrait-

I like the way this girls eyes look and the way the picture looks at the bottom of it. i also like the way her hair covers one of her eyes makes it more mysterious.

I  like this picture because it shows two young kids just having fun with cameras and everything
 looks very simple around them.

casual portrait-
I like this picture because you can tell that there is a simple background.

I like this picture because you can tell that this is a casual photo.

American soldier

A.)What is the most powerful image from the slideshows? Why?
The most powerful photo on the slideshow is the one when he leaves his family because you dont know if he was going to come back.

B.)Through the photos, Ian is in different locations, each set of photos from the same location comprise a short series or set. From photo #1 through photo #9 he was on Denver and from photo #10 to photo #30 he was in basic training and from photo #51 trough photo #70 he was on Iraq and from photo #71 to photo #83 he went back to Denver.

C.) How do the images work together to tell a story?
At  first he was with his family he went to train and then he went to fight in iraq and then he came back to his home.

A. For the photos in which Ian is the main subject of the photos, in what tense are the verbs usually written? Ian is on the main one in the photos because he is the main character that they are showing in this story.

B. How do the captions enhance the photographs?
the captions enhance to the photographs because they already know what they are talking about.

CAPTIONS-
1.) Ian got thrown a t-shirt so they could make the t-shirt into his bag.
2.) Ian got shaved by this man named Tom Abner and it says that he has shaved millions of peoples heads.
3.) Ian and the rest of his team had to carry their bags cause they did something wrong.

A.) Other features that enhance the photographs is that they know that they are talking about Ian.

B.) Videos are better than photographs because in the video they are actually speaking and telling you what is happening and on the photographs you have to be reading so you could know what is happening.
C.) Photos are better than videos because in videos you might not catch everything that is saying and on the photo you would not miss nothing.

Aperture,shutter speed,ISO

Aperture-The picture on the left is a picture that has aperture and the one on the right does not have a aperture.
1.)we can see that the picture on the left they used Aperture because the they blurry the background and left the kids the same.
2.)The smaller the Aperture f-stop, the higher theAperture is.
3.)It is saying that the smaller the f-stop the larger the picture and if the f-stop is the picture is

  going to come out small.larger

High Shutter Speed-This is a high Shutter Speed because you can see that the bullet hit the water and its already kind of far from were it hit it.

Slow Shutter Speed- This is a slow shutter speed because you can see a lot of blur in this picture and you can see that they look like if they are running slower.

ISO 200-
This is an example of a photo were they used ISO 200 if you pay close attention to it you can see that they actually didn't blur a lot on this picture because they used a little bit of ISO.

 ISO 3200 or 6400-
This is an example of a photo were they used ISO 3200 or 6400 because if you really pay attention you can see that they used more blur on this picture then what they used on the other picture ISO 200.
